The physical and mental alarms

I am no illness; illness is not me. It is an alarm my soul, my Inner Self, is sending through my body to catch my attention about some misalignments I am feeding with my ego-based thoughts and patterns. It is a communication sent from within.

Breathe in. Take the time to repeat this a few times and feel it in your guts when you say it. Mean it. Breathe Out. Love Out.

This is what awareness is.

Meditation helps connecting with your Inner Self to understand and make sense of what is. The ego-based thoughts cannot help you make sense of it as it is busy feeding the worries and fears allowing the alarm to be louder for you to pay attention.

Prayers is not begging for help or answers, it is connecting within to Source and listening to the answers and Inner guidance to overcome something, to listen to the inspired actions and Inner motivation to follow that Inner guidance.

I am no mental illness; mental illness is not me. It is a discomfort my soul, my Inner Self is using to catch my attention about some misalignments I am feeding by not following my Self desires and dreams thinking I do not have what it takes. It is telling me that peace is within myself, and I am not aligned with it. It means that my Inner guidance is calling for my attention to guide me to the best resource for me whether it is medical or spiritual or medical and spiritual.

Breathe in. Take the time to repeat this a few times and feel it in your guts when you say it. Mean it. Breathe Out. Love Out.

This is what awareness is.

What if the root of it all was your misconnection or miscommunication with your Inner Self? What if it was connecting all the dots leading you to more successful treatments? Have you thought of it this way?

Did you know meditation and prayers help release stressful thoughts and can help stopping negative momentum? It does not stop the thoughts from coming in and out, it helps you not let them take more mind space to see clearly, to hear clearly.

Sometimes following your breath can help gain some control over them so you can just let them in… and let them out, by themselves. Sometimes music can help if following your breath brings anxiety. So listen to the sounds and the notes instead, or the birds. No music around? Let the noise be the music. Noise have a rhythm.

Just one or two minutes to start with is already telling your mind that you want to make some changes to your thought patterns.

You know the expression help yourself and the heaven will help you? Well, this is a little bit this. Taking the time to connect within is helping yourself. Communicating with the Universe is helping yourself. You do not need a big step to start. Just saying hello or smile within like you would introduce yourself to someone you have never talked to or you keep seeing far away. So instead of turning your head away just say hello or smile… within… and follow your breath in and out or follow the music.

This is allowing awareness to take place, to exist.

Be kind to yourself. One step at time.

Have a beautiful day and enjoy the process!

Nathalie 🙂
